In order to make these connections and provide reliable delivery services, we collect certain information about Senders, Deliverers, and the deliveries themselves.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website (https://ezaround.com and any subdomains) and our mobile applications (collectively, the "EZ Around Platform"), and how we use and protect that information.

We value transparency and limit the collection of data to what is necessary to operate and improve our services.

Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect:

• Through our website and mobile applications (including any photos, videos, or documents you upload).
• In emails, text messages, and other electronic communications between you and the EZ Around Platform.
• When you use any service, feature, or function provided through the EZ Around Platform.

Payment Information

EZ Around uses trusted third-party providers (such as Stripe) to process payments securely. We do not store your full credit card, bank, or payment information on our servers.

Driver and Vehicle Information

If you register as a Driver, you may need to provide details such as driver's license number, vehicle type and registration, insurance details, and, if applicable, DOT or business registration numbers. Drivers may also need to complete background screening through approved third-party vendors, who operate under their own privacy policies.

Banking and Tax Information

To process payments, we may collect limited financial information (such as routing numbers or tax ID numbers) through our secure payment provider. EZ Around does not store full banking details on its own servers.

Photos and Delivery Proof

Drivers may upload images or signatures through the EZ Around Driver App as proof of pickup or delivery. These images are securely stored and associated with the corresponding order.

Location Information

EZ Around requires location data to match deliveries efficiently and ensure on-time service.

• Drivers: Location is used to assign nearby delivery requests and track delivery progress.
• Customers: Location helps determine pickup and delivery points.

Technical, Device, and Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information through cookies and analytics tools, including:

• IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages visited and actions taken
• Time spent using our Platform
• Interactions with emails, ads, or notifications

When you sign up, request a delivery, apply to become a driver, contact support, or otherwise interact with EZ Around.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the EZ Around Platform and services
• Match Senders with Drivers for delivery services
• Process payments and facilitate transactions
• Communicate with you about your account, deliveries, and support requests
• Send operational updates, service notifications, and marketing communications (where permitted)
• Verify identity and conduct background checks (for Drivers)
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with our policies and applicable laws
• Improve our Platform, develop new features, and conduct analytics
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your Personal Information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

a. Between Users

Relevant information (name, address, contact, and shipment details) is shared between Senders and Drivers as necessary to complete deliveries.

b. With Service Providers

We work with third parties such as payment processors (Stripe), hosting providers, and background check vendors to operate our business securely and efficiently. These providers are required to maintain appropriate data protection and confidentiality standards.

c. With Business Partners or During Corporate Transactions

If EZ Around merges with or is acquired by another company, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

d. For Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information when required by law, to comply with legal requests, or to protect our rights, property, and users.

5. Mobile Information and SMS Consent

EZ Around does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to provide the requested messaging service, customer support, platform security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Marketing (EZ Around Driver Opportunity Alerts): opt-in at https://www.ezaround.com/driver-sms-opt-in. Up to 4 marketing messages per month.

Customer Care (EZ Around Driver Support): opt-in at https://www.ezaround.com/driver-support-sms-opt-in. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Marketing and Customer Care SMS consent are separate. Consent to one program does not authorize enrollment in the other.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of applying, joining, creating an account, purchasing goods or services, or using EZ Around.

Consent, opt-out, and re-enrollment records may be retained for security, audit, and legal compliance purposes.

The EZ Around Platform is not directed toward children under 18.
